Your journey into space begins in the late afternoon with an atmospheric mountain ride into the twilight. Once you arrive at the top, you’ll be welcomed with a refreshing welcome drink and a brief introduction to astronomy. We’ll then serve you a deliciousthree-course mealin the alpine atmosphere of the Bettmerhorn. Between courses**, Hugo Kalbermatten**—an experienced amateur astronomer, former president of the AGO (Astronomical Society of Upper Valais, Simplon, and Adler), and owner of his own observatory—will take you on a journey into the mysteries of the cosmos. His areas of expertise—the fascinating world of spectroscopy and astrophotography—will bring you closer to the light of the stars in a way that’s both easy to understand and captivating.

Laser Star Tour: On a clear night, an expert will use a laser to point out the constellations and explain the night sky directly above the Aletsch region.
