Switching off your head, disconnecting from your daily routine, following your instincts and running where your feet take you – that’s trail running in a nutshell. Away from busy hiking trails, you can train your whole body by running on different surfaces. Hiking guide Klaus Minnig shows you the right technique for this in the “Trail running for advanced runners” course, which takes you through the glorious nature of the Aletsch Arena in the early morning hours.
