Trail running for sporty beginners

Description

Running on surfaced paths or asphalt pavements can become boring. How much more liberating it is to forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life while running, and to move about completely freely in nature. The different surfaces you encounter serve as a perfect running school that trains the entire musculoskeletal system. But trail running also requires technique. You can learn this technique on our morning trail-running course with hike leader Klaus Minnig. The course is ideal for sporty beginners.
