The restaurant des alpes with terrace is open 7 days a week. On our menu you will find Valais delicacies and pizza, in summer salad directly from Grandpa Martin's garden and other vegetarian dishes.
Outstanding beer specialties, "Aletsch Bier" brewed by beer sommelier Fabian Albrecht himself in the hotel kitchen since 2020, as well as guided beer dinners and events around the topic of beer.
Central location for sporty outdoor activities in nature or sightseeing in the UNESCO crowned region Aletsch Arena with its natural phenomenon Aletsch Glacier and the best view of the highest mountain peaks in the Alps. Or enjoy culture in the music village of Ernen or relax in the thermal baths of Brigerbad.
