I met my wife Vroni (from Mölltal/Carinthia/Austria) in Davos. At the beginning of the Corona Pandemic we had the opportunity to buy this chalet in the middle of Fiesch. It was love at first sight. Termite damage, oversized wasp nests in the attic, outdated electrical installations, leaking water pipes and more could not stop us. On the contrary, together with local contractors, a battle plan was soon worked out and the start of the renovation was made. We renovated exclusively with natural, sustainable and mineral building materials. We also decided to do without a vapour barrier throughout the entire house. Check-In + Key Handover 1. you can open the entrance door to the staircase with a code (ABUS-SYSTEM) using the number pad by the door (to activate the number pad, lightly tap the display with your knuckle so that it lights up) 2. in the staircase you will find 2 key safes (black boxes) by the stairs. Your key box is the upper one of the two and can be opened with a code. After entering the code and then pressing the silver button down, the key safe opens and you will find 2 keys. Both keys are only for the flat entrance and not for the front door. 3. 3. in the flat on the living room table, you will also find a radio hand-held transmitter with which the main entrance door can additionally be opened and locked again. Alternatively, you also have the option of opening and closing the door via your mobile phone using an app. 4. opening the door via your mobile phone: please download the app "Abus Hometec Pro" in advance. On the day of your arrival, you will receive a message from us via WhatsApp with the corresponding invitation, which is limited to the time of your stay with us. Together with the invitation, but in a separate WhatsApp, you will receive the password to redeem the invitation. If you have received the invitation, it is important that you have already downloaded and installed the app beforehand. When redeeming the invitation, it is also important that you open the entire WhatsApp before redeeming it!
