At the Riederalp-Mitte cable car station, luggage can be handed over to a commercial carrier. We can also provide sledges at the station on request. The route on foot leads from the station in the direction of Bettmeralp past the Moosfluhlift, after a short ascent turn right at the fork to the St. Bernhard chapel. Shortly afterwards, a private path on the right leads directly down to the chalet, where we will welcome you personally.

How to get there: Arriving with cablecar at Mountain Station Riederalp Mitte you can hire two sorts of vehicles, electro-cab or a sledge, provided by the station. We can also deposite to little sledges of our own on the station for you. Or you can also walk direction Bettmeralp - passing the Moosfluh-Skilift - where you need tu turn right and follow the gabelunzie to your righthand side dirtection St. Bernhard Chapel (its yellow tower is clear to see). Having passed St. Bernhard you will notice at the right a private footpath leading downhill - that is the direct way to Chalet Basilisk.
