The cosy duplex holiday apartment is suitable for families of up to 5 people who would like to spend their winter or summer holidays in the Valais mountains. The apartment is on the second floor of the "Cornelia" chalet. It is situated in a quiet and sunny position below the cable car station. The view from the south balcony to the Valais mountains is breathtaking.
The apartment is comfortably furnished and has free WLAN-access. The bath and the kitchen were recently renovatet (2020/2021).

All shopping can be done in the nearby shops (Coop, Bäckerei Imhof, Volg).
In winter you can ski right to the front door. In the morning, only a few steps separate you from the path that leads directly to the "Alpmatten" ski lift, which serves as a feeder to the "Schönbiel" chair lift. The location is also ideal for families with small children: only a short walk separates you from the "Snowliland", where the little ones practice their first attempts at skiing. Those who are a little safer on their skis can reach the Blausee chairlift, which is located above the cable car station, after a few steps uphill.

Arrival from 14 o'clock / departure until 9 o'clock or after arrangement
Bettmeralp is car-free and can only be reached by cable car. You can reach the Betten valley station either by train or by car.
Arrival by train:
In Brig you change to the Matterhorn-Gotthardbahn. The train stops directly at the bottom station of the cable car.
Arrival by car:
At the valley station there are several short-term parking spaces where you can unload your luggage. You can then park your car in the large car park or in the multi-storey car park near the valley station. For the luggage transport with the aerial cableway there are baggage carts with costs available. A one-way trip costs CHF 10, a return trip CHF 20 per trolley. Lockers are available at the Bettmeralp mountain station.
Luggage transport is available at the mountain station, but thanks to the short distance you can also transport your luggage yourself.
From the top station of the cable car you can reach Chalet Cornelia on foot in 5 minutes. At the station take the lift towards Alpmatten. Follow the road towards Alpmatten. At the chalet "Aletsch Carving 2" turn right. From here you are about 120 metres away from the holiday apartment.
